We absolutely loved our stay at Nicole’s place! Everything was clean & Nicole really made sure to have everything you need available to you. We were shocked just how close the beach was, we knew it was walkable but it’s a 2 minute walk MAX. The bnb was gorgeous and the outside area was so cute and actually felt very private! Don’t hesitate to book here, one of our favorite places to date and we will definitely be back! 😊

Nicole‘s place was just as described and a true gem at Indian Rocks Beach! We really appreciate the attention to details to make the most out of our stay. We already booked for next year.

I wouldn’t hesitate a second to book this gem. Adorable unit right across the street from the beach. I am extremely picky about cleanliness and this unit did not disappoint. Nicole thought of every detail to make us feel at home (down to the stainless steel drinkware). We would have extended our stay if it was available and can’t wait to come back to this little slice of beach perfection. Wish we had more time to use the pool and really appreciated the laundry room. It was a very last minute booking and check-in was seamless. Thanks Nicole!

Nothing but the best of the best!!!! Easy access to the beach, so many good restaurants around as well as fun things to do too. Back yard was amazing and I loved the theme of the room! Couldn’t ask for a better host with always communicating with me. 100 out of 10! Definitely booking here again next time

Perfect beach getaway! A wonderful mix of having a quiet pool so close and then the beach 20 steps away. We definitely plan to rebook in the future, possibly booking up the other suites as well. This place would be great for a big family to enjoy the space and be close to all the good stuff!

We loved our stay here. Having everything you need readily available was great. The pool was well maintained and the whole outdoor area never felt cluttered or messy. The free laundry room was a great perk also since we ended up needing to wash swim suits. We will 100% stay here again in the future

We had such a wonderful experience at this Airbnb! The house was absolutely beautiful—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. From the moment we walked in, it felt like a home away from home. It had everything we needed and more, from fully stocked amenities to little thoughtful touches that made our stay even more special. The location was perfect, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the attention to detail throughout the house was impressive. Absolutely love this place, it was cozy and comfy, very pretty and clean. It has a pool, grill, fire pit and it’s across the street from the beach. Don’t waste time book now!!!

This was our second time at this rental, and we loved it just as much the second year. The space is small for a family of four, but it’s completely doable, especially with such a great outdoor space (complete with a grill, pool, & fire pit). This Airbnb has everything you need for a great beach vacation, including toys and loungers, and it is very convenient to be able to walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes. I heard from the owner’s mother that this space was basically rebuilt after Hurricane Helene. I had no idea while I was staying in it. It’s just as beautiful as last year, and I’m grateful the owners put in this much effort.
