We had a wonderful 3 night-stay at Nicole's Unit #A on 805 Gulf Blvd, IRB. Her place was as described and extremely clean. The king bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The location was walkable to 2-3 restaurants just south of us and a great little breakfast spot, The Grove, just to the North - both were a 10 min. walk. The beach access was directly across the street and on the way back we stopped at Kooky Coconuts for a Tampa Cuban sandwich and ice cream. Highly recommended. The beach chairs and sand buggy provided by the property came in handy. The pool was cozy and the outdoor space around the unit is private. We will definitely be back for a future visit! We spent 4 nights in this lovely home. I can’t say enough good things about this property, we absolutely loved it! The location is super convenient to campus. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are super comfy. We found everything to be very clean and the decor appears to be recently updated. Nicole was quick to respond when we reached out about a dining recommendation and also when we requested to extend our stay by 1 day/night. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a great place to stay. I grew up in the area and frequently return from Texas to visit family. This was one of the best rentals we've used in the last 12 years. Lots of new updates, well appointed with kitchen items, linens and everything else you would need. It was too cold to use the SUP and kayaks on this trip but they would have been perfect in the secluded bay behind the duplex. We didn't even jump in the hot tub this time but will on the next trip! Thank you for providing a great place for R&R. We'll be back!

Nicole’s spot is a 10/10 recommendation. She was extremely responsive and accommodating, not to mention the heated pool was a super plus in this “winter” Florida weather. The spot itself was just as described, super cozy and a home away from me home vibe. We will definitely come back during the hotter months to take advantage of the beach being right down the block!

This is the best air bnb we have ever stayed at. Amenities beyond what you can imagine. Location is perfect and everything was exactly as listed. Nicole was so kind, responsive and helpful. She did not cut corners on anything and there was nothing that she didn’t provide. If you want great location, beautiful views, and an outstanding host, I highly suggest this wonderful home!

Our stay at Nicole's was fantastic. everything was as described, the beach is just a few steps away. the pool was great and absolutely loved all the additional items available to us with an infant. I would recommend and would stay again.

If you’re reading this, stop and book your stay now. This was by far the most generous vacation rental we’ve ever had. It had everything we could possibly need during our stay. We’ve never had so many options for coffee supplied at a rental and had a great coffee shop nearby. Everything was like new, comfortable and super clean. The location is amazing and it’s super easy to access both the beach and the main intracoastal channel. We loved getting everywhere we wanted to go locally on the supplied beach cruiser bikes. It was a fantastic stay and we’ll be back!

This was our second time staying at Thomas and Nicole’s Dolphin Bay. We rented the whole duplex & brought the parents. We absolutely love this beautiful property. They are the perfect hosts and make our stay so easy, peaceful, and enjoyable. The property has everything you need for vacation. Beautiful view of the bay, couple minute walk to the beach, SUPs, kayaks, fishing, & wagons and chairs for the beach. There are so many amazing restaurants right within a 5-10 minute walk. This place and Nicole and Thomas are 5 stars all around and we will be coming back for a third time hopefully next year!

Amazing. Responsive host, more things for the beach than I could ever need (but enjoyed a handful), flexible with leave time and help with that, gorgeous pool, helpful with friends who came by to see me, and beyond comfy space. Walk to beach. TOTALLY on the list to return!

The location is ideal. This triplex is across the street from a beach entrance, eliminating the hassle of finding and paying for public beach parking. We appreciated the full compliment of beach equipment provided too. We enjoyed exploring the area by bicycling. Indian Rocks Beach is a darling little beach town, less crazy than St. Pete’s or Clearwater. Many food options were nearby, though we mainly made our own meals in the full kitchen. Grab coffee and freshly baked pastries at Pipo and Betty’s, a quick bike ride south of the listing. The unit itself is pristinely clean, beautifully decorated and quite comfortable. Having free onsite laundry was a huge plus, since we flew in with personal items only. Palm trees lined the fully fenced property, creating a private escape with outdoor furniture and a lovely pool area, with Edison lights adding to the ambiance at night.
