We LOVED this cute place.. i would give it 5+++ if i could! Do not hesitate to book! Nicole was awesome, her place was so clean and cutely decorated and had absolutely EVERYTHING you needed! All beach necessities (wagons,coolers,chairs, umbrellas,etc) provided. The beach was just an easy walk across the street with gorgeous sunsets every night, the pool and common area was magical! Lots of great restaurants within walking distance or short drive.. The Kooky Coconut across the street had Cuban sandwiches to die for!!! And great ice cream 🍦 Just.. book it! Best Airbnb we’ve stayed in and plan to visit again!!

Such a great place! The location and the amenities are what stood out. We spent multiple evenings kayaking the inlet which is steps from the back door. Also no need to buy anything for the beach, the Airbnb comes with a variety of beach chairs, wagons, coolers, etc. The only bad thing is that some of the supplies were rusted from the sea water and humid air. That is no fault of Nicole’s though, the climate is tough there. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to any visiting the area.

This place has everything and more. Everything was thought about worth care. The outside is as gorgeous as the inside. The beach is right there!!! We enjoyed EVERY sunset(on beach) and EVERY sunrise (on bay). I can't express enough how beautiful and loaded this property is. Just book it.

You have to see this absolutely adorable house!! If you are a Notre Dame fan, an opposing team fan or just visiting, it was a wonderful stay! Nicole really was a top notch and great host! Highly recommend!!

Perfect Beach Getaway – Fully Stocked & Full of Extras! We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beach house! From the moment we walked in, we could tell how much thought and care had gone into making the home welcoming and comfortable. It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and just a few blocks from the beach- the perfect location for a relaxing getaway. The house was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, from kitchen essentials to thoughtful extras like beach gear, games, kayaks and bikes. We especially loved the outdoor space, which made mornings with coffee and evenings with sunsets unforgettable. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, and it’s clear they’ve gone above and beyond to create a special experience for guests. We’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs, but this one truly stands out. We can’t wait to come back!

Nicole place is definitely a little gem! Great location, right across from the beach. The apartment was very clean and well presented. Excellent little thoughtful touches throughout the apartment for the guests. The pool was a very welcoming relief from the heat. Overall a great place to relax and enjoy a peaceful relaxing holiday.

Wir hatten einen absolut grossartigen Aufenthalt bei Nicole in Indian Rocks! Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber, alles war vorhanden und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Nicole hat stets unglaublich schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet und uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich gemacht. Ein echtes Highlight war die Terrasse – wunderschön, ruhig und idyllisch gelegen. Von dort konnten wir sogar Delfine in der Bay beobachten, was unvergesslich war. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit sofort wiederkommen. Eine klare Empfehlung – herzlichen Dank, Nicole! 🌟

Nicole made this short stay very welcoming and inviting. Her many amenities and recommendations showcased her wonderful Hoosier hospitality. The location was right across the street from the beach, and if you got hot from the walk back, the pool was right there to cool off in. The unit itself was extremely clean and had fun touches throughout it- cozy meets beachy! Overall, I would love to stay here again and would definitely recommend to anyone needing a relaxing getaway.

The house was luxurious and huge. There were so many great restaurants near the property. After seeing the property we felt like extending our stay as well. Nicole our host was gracious enough for us to give us an extension on our check out.
