We stayed there over the 4th of July weekend and loved it! It was such a nice and peaceful location. So much to do…paddle board, cornhole, walking distance to beach, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. We were especially impressed with the cleanliness and communication with the host. Check-in and check-out is the simplest we have ever experienced. Highly recommend!

Place was great. It was the type of place that supplied pretty much everything you need. ideal location for our trip. washer and dryer came in very handy. very difficult to have anything critical to say to be frank. Great job!

Our family had the most delightful stay. From the moment we booked, communication was seamless, the host was responsive, helpful, and super accommodating. The location couldn’t have been better. It was barely a block to the beach, and with the provided chairs and wagon, hauling all our gear was a breeze. Our toddler loved the toys and games and we had fun with "Scatagories" when he went to bed. There was always something fun around for us to discover, which made beach days and evenings by the pool so easy and relaxed. The pool was also a highlight. Quiet, clean, and perfect for our little one to splash while we unwound. Check-out was effortless with clear instructions, simple clean-up, and no fuss. We couldn’t have asked for a smoother end to our stay. We truly enjoyed every bit of our time here and would absolutely love to come back again. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a kid‑friendly, well‑appointed, and stress‑free beach getaway. Thank you for having us!

El lugar es espectacular!!! Tiene todo para pasarla bien sin necesidad de salir a nada que no sea comer. Todo lo que necesitas para la playa y la picina. Labadora, secadora. Si tienes niños hay juegos de mesa y si tienes bebés hasta silla de comer en fin de todo para pasarla bien. Ven solo con tu ropa y comida que todo lo tienes ahí incluidos. This place was AMAZING! The AirBNB was exactly as advertised, if not nicer. We had the middle unit and never heard anything from our neighbors. The unit was nicely decorated , very clean and had everything we needed. The location is great. We walked to the local bars and restuants and felt very safe. Working with Nicole was very easy and stress free. We will definitely come back and highly recommend.

Worth every single penny! The kitchen was well equipped to cook anything. The extra beach necessities (towels, umbrellas, wagons, boogie boards and more!) were an absolute dream! The host was kind, very responsive, and extremely helpful. We will definitely rent this place again next summer if it is still available!

We had such a wonderful stay at Nicole’s place in Indian Rocks Beach! The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and that laid-back Florida vibe we were looking for. Nicole was an incredible host—friendly, communicative, and so thoughtful. I especially appreciated her message before checkout; it was refreshing not to be handed a long list of chores, and it really felt like we were staying in a friend’s home. You can tell she genuinely cares about creating a welcoming and stress-free experience for her guests. We’d absolutely love to come back again. Thank you for such a memorable stay!

I personally book based on reviews and I can tell you without hesitation that this is the place to book! Perfect location to the beach, private pool area, pristine both inside and outside! There were countless items to use for the beach and great places to eat nearby. Communication was consistent and there were no issues at all. Don't think twice ....I will be booking again!

Nicole was incredibly thoughtful and responsive—she addressed our requests promptly and with great care! Thank you for the lovely, clean, and cozy place. It was very close to our competition venue at the Century Center, which saved us a lot of travel time. We truly enjoyed our stay in South Bend.
